Setting Up New Tab?

In the PEOPLE section is it possible to set up a new tab along with MAIN, SUMMARY, ACTIVITIES, etc?  For example, Medical Information and create dropdown boxes and text fields within it?

I'd be grateful of any help with this.

Sorry but it's not possible to add a new tab. If you are using one of our paid-for versions you can, however, customise records to include your custom fields, laid out in the order you want to see them and you can tailor which (of the standard) tabs appear on each record. Here's a link to information on customising records.
