CCH Central: Why isn't sync between CCH and Workbooks working?

1.) CCH CRM Sync Service needs to be restarted. This can be done within CCH Central. 

2.) API Key - in may instances, the sync is failing because the CCH API key in Workbooks has expired. All that needs to be done to resolve this is to either amend the expiry date or remove it so it will not stop running.
