Garbutt + Elliott is one of Yorkshire’s larger independent firms of chartered accountants, auditors and advisors. First established in 1896, now with a team of over 200 staff, including 15 Partners offering tailored services for individuals and businesses.

As part of a cultural shift towards being more commercial, attracting new business, increasing accountability and raising visibility the partners identified that CRM was a worthwhile investment.  They needed a system which could help them to co-ordinate client account management and which would also support their values around creating relationships with clients and fostering teamwork and collaboration amongst the wider team.
