A list of actions you can do within the Users & Security area of the Configuration Landing Page.
Within the Users & Security area of the Configuration Landing Page you can:
- Create Users and allocate them to Groups.
- Specify which licences are allocated to each User.
- Specify the IP addresses from which Users can login.
- Control which Own Organisation(s) Users belong to.
- Grant Capabilities to Groups so your Users have access to the relevant areas of your database.
- Manage Permissions to control which Users can access which records.
- View your Organisation‘s allocated licences.
- Control which modules within your Database are activated.
- Control the rigour of your Password Policy, including Two Factor Authentication.
- Choose which languages to enable.
