Introduction to Event Management

The Event Management Module offers a comprehensive end to end Event platform that will allow you to manage all aspects of an Event from within Workbooks. This includes access to an Event Portal where attendees will be able to register their interest and purchase tickets.

The Event Management Module provides you with access to Event Records. Events are a Record Type that allow you to store all of the event information, from the Event & Venue details to purchased tickets and attendee details. The Module requires access to the Order & Invoice Records in Workbooks and therefore can only be purchased by those that have either a Business or Business Pro Licence.

The Event Record gives you a central point where you can manage an Event – whether this be a four day Expo with multiple seminars running throughout, or a simple meet and greet.

Users are able to control every detail of the Event from within Workbooks, from publishing details of Sponsors and Speakers to creating Ticket and Promotional Pricing information.

The Event Record integrates into an Events Portal which allows Attendees to see all of the public Event information, register for the Event and purchase tickets. This information is then captured within Workbooks so that Orders and Invoices can be created automatically and sent to Attendees where required.
