RingCentral

Integrating with Phone systems simplifies the way you call, chat, meet and collaborate. They help streamline processes and productivity within a business, especially within Sales Teams, who are always focused on providing the best customer experience. The RingCentral solution is the ideal tool for such teams who are looking to manage their calls efficiently with voice, fax, text, conferencing, and web meetings.

Workbooks offers an integration with RingCentral via the Script Library which can be installed by a System Admin. The integration supports:

  • Incoming call logging
  • Outbound call logging
  • Linking Phone Call Activities to People in Workbooks
  • Records call time
  • Records call recording URL link

To set up the integration, as a System Admin, install the Telephony Integration Plugin into your Workbooks database. On the Workbooks homepage, go to:

Start > Configuration > Automation > Plugins > Add Plugin.

From here, select ‘Script Library’ and then ‘Telephony Integration’ in the provided picklists. Click the ‘Install’ button in the top left of the window.
