Why can I not apply a Layout Rule to a Sales Lead?
Last updated : 19/09/2024Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to apply Layout Rules to Sales Lead records. If you wish to change the layout, you can do this by manually selecting a different ‘View’ while on the record. This is something that has been raised to engineering and may be implemented in a future release but for now, it is not currently possible.
