Failed WESS Provisioning. Please try again in 5 minutes.

When initiating a WESS sync on a database for the first time, an account will then start to provision with our Exchange Sync partner. In the event of a failed provisioning the following text will appear:

“The previous attempt to connect this database to the Workbooks Exchange Sync Service failed. If this error occurs again after retrying, please contact support.”

 

If this happens, please return back to the Exchange Sync configuration page. The ‘Start’ button should now display as a ‘Retry’ button. Please click retry and the provisioning should be successful. If it fails again, please raise a case to Workbooks Support by sending an email to support@workbooks.com
