Hi We are trying to renew our account, but everytime we try the following message appears: Customer agreement status is suspended. This means you cannot complete this customer contract. To configure Adore Again with a valid agreement you need to one their record and re-open the agreement. We only have 1 more day to renew, so are starting to get a bit worried. Can anyone help?
