Copying and pasting

Whenever I try to paste information into Workbooks, I get an annoying 'pop up'. Can I stop this and paste more easily?

If you see a box like the one below when trying to paste into a rich text area, you can work around this browser limitation by using Ctrl+V to paste. Similarly you can use Ctrl+C to copy. (For Mac use cmd+v and cmd+c respectively.)
