Hello,
I sent an e-mail from a Workbooks contact to a dropbox account for a user within the system. Both e-mails are identical in the system to what is in Outlook. The e-mail showed up into the account users dropbox and subsequently into the e-mail for that user. However the contact that exists in the system never had the e-mail show up in his contact information.
Is there any way to see why it didn't show up?
Thanks --Daryl |

Hi Daryl,
The dropbox will only link an email to a person record within Workbooks if it finds a matching email addresse e.g. If you send an email to the address "test@mail.com" you would need a person record that has this email stored against it as well. Is the process that you are following? Or I have completely misunderstood you? Kind Regards, Workbooks Support |

Hello, That's the exact process I'm following. The user I'm sending from is test_user@<domain>.com, and the user exists in Workbooks as Test User with that e-mail address. However the e-mails are not being attributed to that user. Thanks --Daryl
