Hello, I understand it is possible to send links in emails to allow the recipient access to a file/files in the Upload Library. Is it also possible to select files from the Upload Library to send as attachments? Some of our customers have IT restrictions which prevent them from downloading any files from the internet, but are able to receive email attachments. This hasn't been a problem as yet, because we normally have access to the original files and can just upload them again as an attachment to the relevant email, but when working remotely from the office, this may not always be possible. Many thanks, Paul Stroud RTEM Ltd |

Hello Paul, in short, yes: the Public URL for an item in the Upload Library is exactly that: send that link to your customer and they will be able to access the uploaded item until you delete it.
