How can I record commission as a percentage on an opportunity, but then use that to calculate the commission's value?

We record the commission rate (10% 20% etc) on the opportunity, but I'd like to see the value of this e.g. An opportunity has a value of £2,500 and a commission rate of 10%. We want to see £250 displayed somewhere.

Add a custom picklist and custom field. The custom field uses the custom picklist, which holds an integer for the commission percentage rate e.g. 10, 20, 30.

Write a report that uses a calculated column that works out the commission value using the commission percentage rate.

Tip: Select Currency in the "Display as" dropdown to display the value as £1.23 rather than 1.23

The formula in the calculated column will look similar to this (amount/100)*cf_commission_rate
