Hi, I am new user to Work Books and am settign it up for my SME. When i previosuly spoke to a member of your team they said that you can access Workbooks from and Ipad or Iphone. This was one of the major selling points so we can update CRM data whilst out on the road seeing customers. When i have tried logging in from from Ipad it takes me to webpage https://secure.woorkbooks.com/mobile But this page purely has a the workbooks logo and nothing else making it impossibl to login? Please can you explain how i can login using my ipad or iphone? |

Hi There Thanks for deciding to use Workbooks and sorry that you're experiencing problems logging in on your Ipad. I'd recommend clearing the Cache and Cookies for the browser you are using. As you are using an Ipad, I would imagine you are currently using Safari. To do this go to Settings > Safari > Clear Cookies/Cache. I'd also recommend ensuring JavaScript is enabled. To do this go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Javascript > Check this has been enabled. Once you have done this, please try logging into Workbooks again. If this doesn't work I'd recommend downloading a different browser and seeing if this helps matters. I'd suggest downloading Google Chrome.
