Line Items do not shown

Hi,

I am creating a DRAFT sales quotation with line items.

After I have completed everything, I click on the "Complete & Save" Button.

After the draft quotation become a complete quotation, I am unable to see any line items. Any solutions?

Even tough I am unable to see any line items, the PDF output has them all. Perhaps is this an error or bug or glitch?

Please advice and looking for your respond. Thank you.

Hi Ryan,

With normal functionality, you should be able to see the line items. I have replicated your scenario and can see the line items against the Quote.

It may be worth checking your capabilities, and sharing policies, since posted Quotations are dealt with more sensitively within Workbooks and you may not have the correct rights.

Please look into this possibility, and if this does not solve your issue, if you email in with your company name, we may be able to investigate this further for you.

Hi Support Team,

I am the admin and have full capabilities.

I only see delete option in DRAFT Quotation, but there is no delete button option in "Complete Quotation". How do I delete the completed quotation?
