There is, unfortunately, a slight bug with the PDF generation software that is used and this is out of the control of Workbooks. There is a limit of around 2000 lines, although this can vary slightly. I have had close to 2,500 before experiencing an issue.

Unfortunately, the only workaround is to write the XSL in a more condensed way and if necessary, separate out the code into multiple PDF's. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused.
