I've imported data into Workbooks but I used the people:categories field to import tags from capsulecrm.

I can't seem to find categories displayed in the people record so i'm unable to edit them.  If I search for a list of people, I can choose a filter such that categories isn't blank and this finds the records in a list, and then I can add a categories column so that I can see the values - they're all there but I can't edit them.

Any ideas?
