Sharing Views

The flexibility to create views in Workbooks is very good. I know that is not too difficult to recreate views for different users but rather than explain what to do to each user can views be shared or copied between users?

Update:

This feature should be available in the next month or so as part of the Custom Page Layouts work.  We'll provide a further update in due course.  Please see the previous comment for a link to the idea on the forum.

Agreed.  This would make rolling out Workbooks, or just a few new views to the user-base, much easier and faster for administrators, managers, etc.  Repetition could be avoided and views could be quickly distributed.

 

This is an existing idea on the ideas forum.  Please feel free to add your vote and comments - Add ability to "publish a view" for all, or a selection of users/user groups.
