I would like to sort reports by a few different columns, rather than just choosing one column to sort ascending or descending. In other words, I'd like a list like this, where the list is sorted by item asc, size asc: Item Size Count 101 1 300 101 2 250 102 1 150 Is there a way to do this, other than by exporting to Excel, etc.? Thanks! |

Hi, At the moment reports can only be sorted by one column. One way around this would be to create a calculated column which concatenated a number of fields which you could then sort by. |

That's a good work-around - I'll give it a try. Thanks, |

Reports can only be sorted by one column by default. However, this can be worked around by creating a calculated column using the CONCAT function. Concatenate the fields you wish to sort by into a single string, then click the column header to sort by the calculated column. You can also use the Advanced tab on other report columns to Sort by the Calculated Column. |
