Users familiar with the Workbooks Email Dropbox know how useful a feature it is for quickly filing emails; simply forward an email as an attachment to the Dropbox and it will be filed immediately in Workbooks, and linked to the relevant records. For users unfamiliar with the Workbooks Email Dropbox, a short video and explanation can be found here. In order for an email to be synchronised into Workbooks correctly it must be forwarded to your Dropbox as an attachment. The way in which you do this if you are using the online version of Outlook 365 is explained below. If you are using Outlook 2010 or 2013 it is possible to change your user settings so that emails are forwarded as attachments by default. This ensures emails are synchronised correctly without having to remember each time, which is also explained below.
1) Follow the steps below to forward email as attachment in Outlook 365Step 1: Log in to the OWA through http://mail.office365.com/. Step 2: Click + New Mail. Step 3: Then drag the email that you want to forward to the new email you are composing. It will be attached as an attachment.
