Workbooks keeps freezing regularly

 I use workbooks throughout the day and every say 30-45 minutes workbooks will freeze. I have to cancel the program and then go back into it. Could someone please give me advice as to how to fix this problem. Many thanks.

Thank you for raising a question on the Workbooks forum.

This sort of issue is commonly due to a browser issue and not with the Workbooks service itself. We have a forum article on our knowledge base page detailing a few things that you can try to improve this - see this link.
