Hi Victoria,

We have designed the Revoke functionality so that a specific Compliance Record can be voided if needed. This can either be done on an individual basis from the Record or via a Bulk Action updating the Revoke Field to True from the Compliance Record Landing Page.

Alternatively you can delete the Record, though this is not advised as it removes the record of their compliance being captured in the first place.
