Hi All,

I have just installed the Creditsafe plugin but under the Creditsafe tab I can match the organisation up but for every organisation I receive the error message that a valid report is not available from creditsafe.

Registration number 'xxxxxxxx' is valid but a report was not available from CreditSafe.

Is this normal? Has anyone else come across this?
