Agreements Tab

I want to be able to suspend or remove customers that have become inactive and would no longer be considered a customer. The knowledge base and forum refers to an agreements Tab - not visible on my forms ? How do I activate this ?

Thanks for getting in touch!

Apologies, that page is outdated - we used to use an 'Agreements' tab to manage relationships with your Own Organisation, however this has now been changed to the 'Own Organisation Relationships' section that I can see is present on your Form Layout for Organisations and People records. This section can be found below their basic details such as Name, Salutation etc.

If you click on the relationship that appears there it will open a new window, this is where you can amend the status of the relationship to 'Closed' or 'Suspended', which I believe may be what you're looking for!

If you get a chance, please could you let me know what pages of the Knowledge Base refer to the 'Agreements' tab, so that I can go ahead and update them?
