For my business, on the anniversary of their signing date / purchase, I'd like customers to receive an email. I have the Report working and I've created a Mailshot, but must I create/execute a new Mailshot every day? Is it possible for a new email to go out every day with the refresh report list without me manually sending the Mailshot? Thanks in advance for any help. Jamie |

Hi Jamie, Hope you're well :) I believe you have been in touch with my colleague Sam about this, and as such please see his below response for any future reference: "The only way I can think of to achieve this would be to use our GatorMail integration. If you’re not familiar, they are our marketing automation partner, and their tool gives you a lot more control over email sending than our baked in mailshot tool. More information on them is available here and I’ve linked our best practice guide on this here just for your reference. On the latter there’s a full video walkthrough which should give you a good idea of where you could go with this, but essentially you could set up a report in Workbooks, which calculates which customers have an anniversary, and then this would be linked to GatorMail to dynamically feed a list of recipients, and you could then design and send out a custom email template. Otherwise, using Workbooks alone you would need to keep sending this manually." Hope this helps, if you have any further queries please feel free to reply to this forum post or email in directly!
