Hiya

I am seeking to be able to filter organisations by industry - currently the drop down list has about 30 options - i have tried to remove them to no avail for simplicity as we will only need to filter by industry or name.
Can someone let me know if this is actually possible please as I have gone through just about every picklist and record customisation possible
