Also, please add your own ideas/needs that you would like to see in Workbooks.

We are users of Workbooks CRM for almost 2 years now and have been working closely with the WB team to customize it to our needs.
Within our company, we conducted a series of satisfaction surveys and have done a comparison to competitors and comparison analysis with other similar systems.

We found some of the Workbooks areas where they could improve user satisfaction and gain an edge over the competitors or provide similar solutions.

1. one of the major ones for recommended improvements would be introducing CONDITIONAL LOGIC in the WB to create the needed number of fields/sections within records rather than to be limited by the exact number of fields/sections or needing to create separate records

2. File upload categorization/file library

3. FILE PREVIEW

3. SAVING a record does not jump to the top of the record - this is just time-consuming to get back to the field you were using on longer records, especially if you are using it in real-time

4. Desktop app

5. OCR scanning of documents and pulling/extracting data & comparing data for true input

6. PDF/other formats export improved / option to choose which records to export

7. Expand beyond 1 browser option - Workbooks can get really crowded really fast and being able to work on multiple monitors would greatly improve efficiency
