Click to Dial

You can use the RingCentral app with Workbooks’ click to dial functionality. (We would recommend installing the RingCentral integration to allow you to make and receive calls within Workbooks – see here.) To get started, you will need to download the RingCentral Phone App. Depending on which machine you are using, use the following links to download the app:

Once you have finished downloading, click on windows start menu and search for ‘Protocol’ and open ‘Choose default apps by Protocol’.

Select RingCentral Phone as your CALLTO Protocol.

For Mac users, set RingCentral to be your preferred softphone.

When you open a person record and click on the chevron next to the telephone/mobile field then select ‘Call the number’, it will bring up the RingCentral Dial pad from which you can start making calls.
