Email & Integration

An overview of what you can do within the Email & Integration section within Configuration.

In this part of the Configuration area you can:

  • Control whether or not emails from within your database are sent via the Workbooks server, or your own server. We recommend the latter
  • Maintain your API keys for external application access to Workbooks
  • Set up forms for use on your website which can be used to auto-populate Lead and/or Case records within Workbooks;
  • Modify the layout of the form that your prospects/customers see when modifying any mailing lists which they are subscribed to
  • If licenced, you can manage your settings for Exchange Sync
  • Configure third party mailing integrations with MailChimp, Constant Contact or dotmailer
  • Set up integration with Postcode Lookup, if you’re using that functionality
  • Invoke any Integration Processes which have been configured to display on the System Configuration Panel
