Past Meetings in Outlook are not syncing to Workbooks

If trying to sync a past meeting from your Outlook calendar via Workbooks category or the Outlook Add-In and the Meeting is not appearing in Workbooks. The likely cause of this will be the reminder setting on the Meeting. It is important that the Reminder setting is set to ‘Don’t Remind Me’.

If the Reminder is set to ‘Don’t remind me’ and the Meeting is still not syncing to Workbooks. Please contact Workbooks Support for further investigation.
