Authentication

Authenticate Workbooks with your SharePoint Site to use the integration.

This integration has been deprecated due to changes made by Microsoft that prevent Sharepoint from being displayed as an Iframe.

Once you have installed the SharePoint Plugin, a new option for SharePoint will be available within Configuration > Email & Integration > SharePoint.

NOTE: The following steps must be completed your Organisation’s Administrator for Office 365.

After initial installation of the Plugin, close the Configuration window and then re-open it to reveal the option in the list.

A new window will pop open, asking you to login to Microsoft and authorise the “Workbooks CRM – Sharepoint” application. To continue using the integration, click “Accept”.

If you did not click Accept, you will see the following message and will be unable to use the integration:

If successful, you will see the following message. After 5 seconds, the window will automatically close.

Refresh the SharePoint plugin using the link shown to continue with the integration setup.
