LLW Repository LTD – Transformed Their Customer Experience Processes With CRM

Low Level Waste Repository (LLWR) is the UK’s primary disposal facility for low-level radioactive waste. It handles such waste on behalf of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. LLWR Identified a need for CRM in 2019 to initially improve their customer teams processes but soon found Workbooks could help with more.

With a phased approach LLWR focused on their customer team first and successfully launched in March 2020 just as the COVID-19 pandemic hit.  Phase two saw all the logistical information managed via CRM having previously been held on paper documents.  These two phases have significantly improved processes and efficiencies across the business.  LLWR are now planning phase 3 and 4 of their CRM journey with Workbooks.
