Workbooks.com today announced a partnership with MIE Solutions, a leading provider of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software based in California, USA, who will resell the Workbooks CRM solution alongside its own ERP offering.
MIE will integrate Workbooks with its ERP product to provide a front to back office business solution for its clients, adding considerable value to its client base and providing them with powerful combination that will be a strong competitor to far more expensive and complex solutions on the market. MIE is also migrating its own in house CRM system to Workbooks from the Netsuite CRM offering, gaining a far more affordable and easy to use system.
David Ferguson, CEO of MIE Solutions, commented: “We believe the combination of Workbooks CRM and MIE ERP integrated together will give our clients a competitive advantage at an affordable price when compared to much heavier and complex ERP/CRM combinations. The MIE and Workbooks combination will allow us to provide a complete business solution to a huge segment of industry, delivering automated business processes and providing customers a one stop shop for either or both of their ERP and CRM needs.”
MIE has a fast growing customer base, already in the high hundreds, who will benefit from Workbooks’ intuitive and easy to use CRM system that offers the functionality of systems typically far more expensive. Workbooks already has a proven track history of migrating users from systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics.
Dick Teno, Marketing Director of MIE, commented: “We were looking for the best CRM option for our customers and after extensive comparison we found that Workbooks shone on all fronts. Workbooks’ market positioning in independent analyst reports from the likes of G2Crowd and Gleanster also validated our findings and belief that it is the easiest to use, implement and adopt CRM we found.”
MIE will exhibit the Workbooks CRM system alongside its own ERP offering at the ITMS show in Chicago in September and the Fabtech show in Atlanta in November.
Ian Moyse, Sales Director at Workbooks, commented: “We are pleased to see a growing number of software vendors choosing to partner with Workbooks as they look to expand their own offering into the CRM space. Many have looked at developing their own CRM from scratch and found it to be an expensive, long and challenging journey. Partnering with an established CRM vendor is a far more effective solution for both the vendor and their clients. MIE is an ideal partner, introducing Workbooks to a new range of customers, and the integration between the systems will bring unique value to clients of both vendors.”
