Policy Exchange, an educational charity that is the UK’s leading think tank, has chosen to replace its legacy on network system, Sage ACT!, with Workbooks cloud based CRM solution.
Mark MacGregor, Deputy Director at Policy Exchange commented: “The team had not really fully adopted ACT and we found it clunky and old fashioned. We also had a number of requirements that ACT could not offer. It was more cost effective and beneficial to the organisation to move to a system designed for the future.”
Ian Moyse, Sales Director at Workbooks.com, commented: “We continue to migrate customers from ACT as organisations increasingly find this legacy on network system limiting and hindering their growth and success. Workbooks is a next generation system that has the functionality and flexibility to help organisations achieve growth and increase competitiveness with no risk.”
Mark added: “We were looking for a system that would be very intuitive and aid user adoption. It was also important that we moved to a cloud based solution to remove any need for us to manage the reliability of the system. Having it all done for us so that we can quickly be up and running was of great importance when choosing to go with Workbooks. We were also impressed by the level of security that Workbooks provides along with the quality of support that we received during our evaluation process.”
Policy Exchange joins a flow of customers choosing to move from on network products to a far more modern, robust, functional CRM system that offers greater ease of use and a flexible interface.
Workbooks has recently received industry recognition in the G2 Crowd CRM analysis, a new challenger to the Gartner quadrant, and in the Gleanster CRM Report for Small and Midsize Businesses.
