Russell Finex selects Workbooks to support its Global Sales Teams

Type: #PR

Reading, England, 15th July 2014

Russell Finex Ltd, worldwide leaders in fine mesh separation technology, has selected the Workbooks cloud based CRM solution to support its international sales teams, including integration with the Epicor ERP system.

Russell Finex is an international group offering the widest range of sieving and filtration equipment in over 140 countries. It has companies in the UK, USA, Belgium and India as well as a far reaching network of experienced agents and distributors across the world.

Workbooks will provide Russell Finex with the tools it needs to generate more leads and drive revenue growth. The Workbooks automation engine will enable Russell Finex to automate many manual business processes, reducing operational costs. This, combined with integration with the Epicor ERP system, will streamline the business and improve the client experience. The Workbooks reporting tools will provide real time management information in multiple currencies, enabling the leadership team to better understand global business performance.

Martin Chipperfield, Sales and Marketing Director at Russell Finex, commented: “We have had a mixed experience with CRM systems in the past, including legacy Goldmine CRM, Vantage CRM and Salesforce. We recognised that we needed a global solution, integrated with our Epicor ERP system. We reviewed Workbooks as it was highly rated in a number of independent reviews. The Workbooks team were very thorough and helpful throughout the sales process, and we look forward to working directly with a UK-based vendor.”

Ian Moyse, Sales Director at Workbooks said: “We have migrated a number of customers from Salesforce to Workbooks. Many businesses find that despite being market leader, the on-going license costs with Salesforce can’t be justified and dealing directly with the vendor is far more reassuring than dealing with a Salesforce implementation partner. We are pleased to be chosen by such a leader in their field and recognised for the flexibility, close working partnership and breadth of functionality that we deliver to our clients. Russell Finex put us through a highly diligent process and we look forward to working closely with them to deliver increased effectiveness to their business.”
