Workbooks.com, a UK provider of cloud based CRM and business applications, today announced that it has received G-Cloud approval for the fourth time running and has yet again been chosen to be included in the government’s list of cloud based IT services for its G-Cloud CloudStore.
Workbooks.com is pleased to have passed the competitive tender process for the fourth time to keep their status as a supplier under the government’s G-cloud programme. The G-cloud IV programme aims to make it easier for government departments, local authorities and the wider public sector to select third-party cloud ICT services.
Ian Moyse, Sales Director at Workbooks.com, commented: “We are pleased to have received G-Cloud IV approval. We have seen progressive growth of cloud use in the public sector and are pleased to see organisations in this area realising the benefits of utilising an efficient cloud based solution.”
Earlier this year, Oxford City Council selected Workbooks to manage its sales and marketing efforts. Ian Bourton, Business Support Manager for Oxford City Council, commented, “We were impressed by the Workbooks system. Finding a solution that had an intuitive user interface and was easy to use was important to us as we wanted our users to be able to quickly start using the system and gain value from it. It is also comforting that Workbooks holds all of our data in secure UK only data centres. Their G-Cloud accreditation also impressed us.”
